1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. PURPOSE OF POLICY.
Automated Growth LLC dba Bryan Z Golf (“us”, “we,” “Company”) is committed to being transparent to visitors and other users of http://bryanzgolf.com (the “Site”). We created this Refund Policy (this “Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices. This Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy.
2. FULL REFUNDS
There will be a 24 hour refund window from time of purchase whereby a customer of Bryan Z Golf may request a refund in full as long as no individual lesson or video analysis has been given. There are no refunds on lesson or instructional packages unless expressly stated in writing by the website page or by Bryan Zurawski via email beyond this 24 hour window.
2.2 MONTHLY LESSON PACKAGE REFUNDS
Once a monthly lesson package is charged to the customer, there will be no refunds for that month's charge. Customers must cancel in writing to info@bryanzgolf.com or message Us through the website prior to the charge in order to cancel any lesson or membership packages.
2.3 MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS
There will be a 24 hour refund window from time of purchase whereby a customer of Bryan Z Golf may request a refund in full for any monthly membership packages (example: academy). Requests for refunds inside the 24 hour window must be made via email to info@bryanzgolf.com. There are no refunds on monthly membership packages beyond the 24 hour window unless expressly stated in writing by the website page or by Bryan Zurawski via email.
2.4 PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM VENDORS
Any products purchased on the bryanzgolf.com website such as MGI or LAB GOLF products as examples, will be subject to return policies of those respective companies. The customer will be responsible for a 4% processing fee which is non-refundable in additional to any restocking or shipping fees charged by the vendor companies. We are charged this fee no matter what as soon as a product is sold so we cannot refund this fee after the initial sale no matter when the refund is processed.
2.5 RIGHT TO CANCEL
Customers and students of Bryan Z Golf may cancel lesson packages or memberships at any time and not be charged any additional charges. There are no long-term commitments unless expressly stated on a specific website page or in writing from Bryan Zurawski.
